How It Works

On your local trash pickup day, we take your bins to the curb and return them after collection. Just sign up, ensure bins are accessible, and we’ll handle the rest.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure bins are not blocked by gates, cars, or obstacles.

  • Maintain a safe path for our team.

  • Keep pets secured during service times.

  • Notify us of cancellations or changes at least seven days before service.

What You Can Expect

  • We follow your local waste schedule.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or city collection changes.

  • We handle bins with care but are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by third parties.

Weather & Holiday Adjustments

  • Service may be delayed or canceled due to severe weather (e.g., flooding, snow, wind).

  • We will attempt to reschedule and may offer a refund if service is missed due to severe and unforeseen weather.

  • Holiday schedules follow local waste providers. Notify us of holiday changes seven days in advance.

Missed Services & Refunds

  • If we miss service due to our own error, we’ll issue a credit or reschedule.

  • If bins are inaccessible, no refund or reschedule will be given.

  • Cancellations made less than seven days before service are non-refundable.

Service Pauses

If you're going out of town or need to pause your service, contact customer support to request a service pause. You won’t be charged for any time your service is officially paused. If you’re on a monthly plan, we’ll pro-rate your next billing cycle based on the days your service was paused. Pause requests must be submitted at least seven days in advance to avoid being charged for that service period.

Bin Restrictions

We don’t handle bins with hazardous contents like:

  • Medical waste

  • Flammable items

  • Loose sharp objects or broken glass

Bin Loss or Theft

We are not responsible for missing or vandalized bins. If bins go missing, contact your city waste provider.

Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are automatically charged.

  • Failed payments may pause service.

  • Payments are non-refundable after they are processed.

Conduct Policy

Abuse or threats toward staff will result in service termination without refund. Severe incidents may be reported to authorities.
