  • Bin Buddies is a convenient bin service that ensures your trash bins are taken out and brought back on schedule. Our service is ideal for busy individuals, families, elderly or disabled individuals, vacation homeowners, property managers, and anyone who wants a hassle-free waste management solution.

  • We come to your home on trash collection days, take your bins to the curb before pickup, and return them after collection. You don’t have to worry about forgetting or missing a pickup again!

    • Pickup: We move bins to the curb the night before or early in the morning of collection day.

    • Return: Bins are placed back within 12 hours after trash collection.

  • If your trash is not collected on its scheduled day, we are not responsible for returning bins to the curb for a second attempt—this is the customer's responsibility.

  • Requests for service changes must be made at least seven days in advance.

  • Customers can cancel their monthly subscription at any time before the next billing cycle; however, cancellations are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are provided for unused service periods. To avoid being charged for the next month, we recommend canceling at least a few days before your billing date. Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and cancellations must be made by contacting customer support.

  • Yes! If you need to temporarily pause your service (e.g., due to vacation or extended travel), please contact us at least 7 days in advance so we can adjust your schedule.

  • If we arrive and your bins are not accessible (e.g., inside a gated area or not placed outside), we will not be able to complete the service for that week. There are no refunds or credits for missed pickups due to lack of access.

  • Our service operates year-round, but if your waste collection is rescheduled due to a holiday, we will adjust accordingly. Any service modifications due to holidays must be requested at least seven days in advance.

  • We operate on a route-based schedule, so we cannot guarantee an exact time, but your bins will always be placed on time for collection and returned within 12 hours of pickup.

  • We typically collect bins from driveways or easily accessible areas. If your bins are stored behind a gate or inside a garage, you must ensure they are accessible before service.

  • We currently do not offer bulk trash removal or junk hauling services. Our focus is on moving bins to and from the curb for regular trash pickup.
