User Agreement & Service Guide

Welcome to Bin Buddies! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our trash bin handling services. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Overview

We move your bins to the curb on your designated pickup day and return them after collection, based on your local trash schedule.

Service Eligibility

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and address information.
  • Ensure safe and clear access to bins.
  • Maintain bins in working condition (wheels, lids, etc.).

Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep bins accessible (not behind locked gates or blocked).
  • Ensure a clear and hazard-free path to bins.
  • Secure pets during service hours.
  • Notify us of changes or cancellations at least 7 days in advance.

Access Requirements

If bins are inaccessible, service may be skipped without refund. Provide access instructions in advance if needed.

Weather & Holiday Adjustments

Severe weather may delay or cancel service. We'll attempt to reschedule and may offer refunds if service is missed. Holiday shifts follow your local collection schedule.

Pet Policy

Pets must be secured during service hours. If pets interfere, service may be skipped without refund. We are not liable for pet-related incidents.

Missed Services & Refunds

  • If it's our error: we’ll reschedule or issue a credit.
  • If bins are inaccessible: no refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of service: non-refundable.
  • We don’t return if your local trash provider misses pickup.

Property & Damage Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by weather, wildlife, or third parties. Report any service-related damages within 48 hours.

Waste Restrictions

We do not service bins that contain:

  • Medical waste
  • Flammable substances
  • Loose sharp objects or broken glass

Theft or Vandalism

We are not responsible for stolen or damaged bins. Please contact your waste provider for replacements.

Subscription & Payments

  • Billing is recurring based on your selected plan.
  • Missed payments may pause your service.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods.

Service Pauses

You may pause service with 7 days' notice. No charges apply during the pause period. Monthly billing will be pro-rated accordingly.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
  • Repeated access issues
  • Harassment or abusive behavior

Dispute Resolution

  • Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
  • If unresolved, disputes go to binding arbitration (except small claims).
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a service ban.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Bin Buddies operates.

  • Bins must be accessible the night before your pickup day – we handle taking them to the curb for you.
  • Clear all blockages (cars, gates, etc.) to avoid skipped service.
  • We’ll notify you by text or email if there are delays due to weather or holidays.
  • Out of town? Let us know or leave special instructions in advance.
  • Secure pets before your scheduled service window.
